World Poker Tour Kicks Off Events Division

It could be said that no one knows how to throw a poker party as well as the World Poker Tour, a pro poker circuit that made the poker news three years ago by signing up relationship deals with existing poker events around the globe and bringing them all under the WPT umbrella. The popular TV show, which televises those events, has said to be responsible for brining poker into the bright spotlight of popularity that it enjoys today. Now the WPT are going to help interested companies, charities and event planners host their very own WPT branded events with the aid of their newly launched Events Division.
The WPTE, the company that owns the WPT, has released information that they have hired two poker industry specialists to run their new Events division.
