Victor Chandler Bid On by Poker Room

Three bidders are after the sports betting firm Victor Chandler and online poker firm Party Gaming is among them. The world's largest online poker and casino operator, Party Gaming has some sports betting industry experience after they have acquired the Gamebookers, the Bulgarian-based outfit, for 69 million pounds.
The Victor Chandler Group is worth around 300 million pounds and is based in Gibraltar. Victor Chandler can put its hands on around 500 million pounds, thanks to an upswing in assets after its flotation on the London Stock Exchange last year. Evaluating unsolicited approaches for the firm is Zeus Capital. No comment has been forthcoming from either Party Gaming or Victor Chandler about the deal possibilities.
