President Bush Gets Poker Chips as Gift

As much criticism as the United States President George W. Bush gets from his Texas point of view on many issues, poker fans at least should recognize that being from Texas to be a good thing, as far as Texas Hold'em is concerned. Whether or not President Bush is a huge fan it was recently reeled in an MSNBC article that the controversial president received poker chips as a Christmas gift from the United States Playing Card Company.
The report, which reviewed gifts received by the Vice President Dick Cheney and President Bush in 2005, listed poker chips as one of the declared items. The United States Playing Card Company gifted President Bush with two custom poker chip sets. The sets, along with their wooden cases, were valued at $900.
