Poker Editor Challenges All

The editor of poker website Chicksnchips.com has something to say. Deanna Goodson, after twenty years of playing poker, has had enough of the image of poker being only a man’s game. Of course many women poker champions have put the lie to that idea, but according to Goodson, in some places and in some minds, the stereotype is alive and well.
In an effort to show that women can play poker, and play poker well, Goodson has launched an open challenge to any and all interested parties. Contacting her via her website will put a player in touch with the editor and can set up the challenge from there. While a woman has yet to win the main event of the World Series of Poker, there have been many women champions such as Cyndy Viollette and Annie Duke.
