FSN and Full Tilt Bring Live Poker to TV

The Fox Sports Network seems to have fully committed to the poker TV game as they follow up their Poker Dome offering with a new, live event brought to viewers in conjuction with the Full Tilt Poker website. A one million dollar prize pool awaits seven poker pros as they battle each other as part of the Full Tilt Poker Pro Showdown. Phil Ivey, Erik Seidel, Mike Matusow, John Juanda, Erick Lingren, Clonie Gowen and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, one of the driving forces behind Full Tilt, will each pay $120,000 to take part in the event. Michael Konik and Barry Tompkins will handle the commentating with Howard Lederer helping as well. $600,000 will be awarded to the first place finsher and second place will be $280,000.
