Fox Sports To Show Aussie Poker

In a deal with Fox Sports Net, Melbourne's Crown Casino poker tournament will give Americans the chance to see how the game of poker is played on the other side of the world. Interest in Down Under poker was piqued when Australia’s very own Joe Hachem became the first Aussie to win the World Series of Poker this year, along with its record breaking $7.5 Million prize.
The 2006 Aussie Millions will be filmed at Crown Casino January 15 to 19. The show will be aired as a 10 part series, to debut at 11pm local US time in March. The 2006 Aussie Millions champion will pocket $1 million USD, with a total prize purse of $5 million.
