Euro 2 Million Prize Pool Offered in Poker Event

Poker prizes continue to grow both on- and off-line, and a good example of it is the $12 million first-place finishing prize for the World Series of Poker this year - but the European circuit is not that left behind as the 6th Irish Poker Open will have a guaranteed prize pool of at least €2 million. So says Paddy Power, the sponsor of the tournament. This will make the Irish Poker Open one of Europe's largest tournaments as crowds from around the globe will gather to compete for the lion's share of the prize.
