College Students Play Tournament for Tuition

Absolute Poker, one of the bigger players in the online poker room industry, is offering a free poker tournament for college students. While the parents of some college students may not be happy with the amount of time their kids are spending playing poker, they have to be happy with this events prize; a full semester's tuition, paid for by Absolute Poker.
In the second offering of the semi-annual "Win Your Tuition" event the anticipated number of players promise to dwarf the initial tournament, which saw players from 17 countries. Over eight thousand students form over three hundred schools competed. This year's numbers promise to exceed ten thousand players, who will fight for the tuition and other prizes, including a laptop and Apple iPods.
